Milan has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2003, offering profound expertise in counseling both domestic and international companies in their day-to-day business operations. His proficiency extends to overseeing a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Milan is an accomplished litigator with a multifaceted focus on intellectual property and media law. His wealth of experience encompasses the adept handling of various legal proceedings, spanning civil, administrative, and criminal cases. Milan has demonstrated expertise in navigating the complexities of cases ranging from intellectual property infringement, labor disputes to white-collar crime. He is particularly adept at navigating administrative procedures, and representing clients before the Administrative Court.

Milan’s courtroom insights uniquely position him to provide strategic advice to clients. His proficiency extends beyond the traditional legal landscape, especially in media law, where he has successfully navigated issues related to freedom of expression, defamation, content regulation, as well as copyright violations.

Milan’s advisory role extends to complex intellectual property issues, encompassing trademarks, copyright, patents, and design.
