Anja has been a member of Vojvodina Bar Association since 2019. Her primary professional specialization includes IT law, data protection, and intellectual property law, in which areas she has significant expertise gained through years of providing legal support to a number of foreign and domestic clients. Additionally, she has a broad experience in corporate, tax, and real estate law.
Throughout her career, Anja had a chance to provide comprehensive legal assistance to clients, including drafting and negotiating diverse technology, commercial, and corporate contracts, personal data protection compliance, and advising on a variety of legal issues regarding specific aspects of intellectual property and tax law. Besides working with larger companies and corporations, Anja has been particularly interested in working with early-stage startups and has extensive experience with cooperating with this category of clients.
Before joining the PR Legal team, Anja worked in another reputable law firm, where she held a leading role in the IT law and contracts team. Working mainly with tech clients equipped her with a thorough understanding of the legal challenges that the IT industry faces, which she continuously strives to expand and improve.
Prior to her professional experience, Anja earned her LL.B. degree from University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law, followed by the LL.M. studies during which she focused on the law of obligations and torts, resulting in her master’s thesis titled Non-Disclosure Agreements in Domestic and Comparative Law.
Being fluent in English and equipped with high level of attention to detail, Anja brings a balanced combination of expertise and skill to the team.
