Ana is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2017.
Ana is an accomplished lawyer, specializing in Compliance & Regulatory and Intellectual Property practice areas.
Ana has a proven track record of assisting clients in various areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. She has extensive experience working with clients across diverse sectors, including Entertainment, IT and Healthcare.
In the Compliance and Regulatory practice area, Ana has worked on several significant projects. Her primary responsibilities include analyzing and drafting opinions on current regulatory frameworks, such as NFT regulations, smart contracts, and the import of tech equipment.
In the field of Intellectual Property, Ana has drafted and analyzed copyright and trademark agreements and overseen clearance procedures. Notably, she was part of the legal team for a major TV series project in Saudi Arabia, which not only advanced her international career but also established her as a pioneer in the Saudi Entertainment industry.
Fluent in English and with basic knowledge of French and Spanish, Ana provides great assistance to our clients.
